ANFOR lever couplings – general information
ANFOR lever couplings were invented in Italy. They are robust couplings for large diameter systems. Made in zinc-plated steel. Nominal coupling sizes: 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 400 mm. These are the only lever couplings that come in such large sizes. Intended for water and all kinds of liquid and bulk media. Working pressure:
- 19 bar (size 60 mm);
- 16 bar (size 80 mm);
- 14 bar (size 100 mm);
- 13 bar (size 120 mm);
- 12 bar (size 150 mm);
- 6 bar (size 200 mm);
- 5 bar (size 250, 300, 400 mm).
Options include a version with higher working pressure and with three hooks. The maximum angular deflection of the parts while connecting ranges from 16° (larger sizes) to 22° (smaller sizes). The range includes couplings with hose tails, with male thread, with flanges or weld-in connections, blank caps but also straight pipes with couplings, elbows and tees. ANFOR couplings are used in construction and road works, sewage disposal and sewage treatment plants, agriculture, flood pumps, environment protection, and for bulk materials.
