This ensures the maintenance of the clamp's grip and sealing around the entire circumference of the hose, preventing leaks from the installation. The spring mechanism of the clamp allows for automatic adjustment of its diameter while maintaining the clamp's grip. Particularly recommended in cases of large temperature changes for heavier applications. Proper clamping of the band is indicated by the screw end protruding beyond the housing of the lock and the flattened disc springs. The internal insert of the clamp protects the hose surface from damage. Installation tightening torque 8.5 Nm (max. 14.1 Nm). Material of the screw/lock: galvanized carbon steel. Material of the band: stainless steel 300. Band width: 16 mm (5/8").
