Three-layer suction hose with a specific construction designed for the discharge of very hot (up to 1100°C) gases, vapors, smoke, and air. The outer layer of impregnated glass fabric with stainless steel threads provides mechanical strength, the middle thick high-temperature fabric serves as insulation, and the inner very fine stainless steel mesh separates the flow of hot gases. Flame retardant, resistant to hot sparks to some extent. Used with furnaces and engines for the extraction of very high-temperature gases in the metallurgical, ceramic, shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive, and military equipment industries. The hose has a strong construction and is resistant to damage due to the external spiral. Used exclusively as a suction hose operating under vacuum, due to the possibility of gas permeation outside under pressure (degassing). Hoses with a small internal diameter < 100 mm feature a so-called double-hose construction (the inner mesh layer constitutes a separate hose with a spiral). Hose installation on couplings with left-handed bridge clamps. Standard length: from 2 to 10 m - depending on the diameter. Hose material: 3 layers: externally impregnated glass fabric with stainless steel fibers (gray), middle layer - high-temperature insulating fabric, inside fine mesh - stainless steel. Reinforcement: external spiral made of wire and sheet metal from stainless steel. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +1100°C.

Extra thick, eco-friendly extraction hose ECO 2.0, ECO 2.5

All products | Ducting and ventilation hoses
Very strong, with a thick wall and thick spiral, flexible hose designed for vacuum extraction and transport of abrasive materials such as sand, gravel, and grain. Suitable for all types of industries, particularly used for loading and unloading silos, vehicles, and suction excavators, as well as transloading from tankers, etc. The thick wall and very dense reinforcing spiral provide high resistance to vacuum. Smooth on the inside, non-compressible, not overly flexible but elastic, even at low temperatures. Excellent abrasion resistance, also resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Non-toxic, free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Resistant to oils and gasoline. The hose is marked with an arrow indicating the correct direction of medium flow. The wall thickness of the hose is measured between the spirals. Other diameters may be available upon special request. The ECO 2.0 and ECO 2.5 hoses, regardless of their thickness, differ in construction and consequently in parameters. The ECO 2.0, due to its dense spiral, has greater resistance to vacuum but is less flexible, while the ECO 2.5, with a larger spiral pitch, is more flexible and elastic, especially in larger diameters. The ECO hose is produced in a manufacturing process compliant with sustainable development policies, using raw materials sourced from recycling clean waste from the production process, renewable energy, closed water cycles, and other innovations. Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Wall thickness measured between spirals: 2.0 mm (ECO 2.0), 2.5 mm (ECO 2.5). Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +125°C).

Polyurethane hose for road sweepers P7 M STREET

All products | Ducting and ventilation hoses
Strong, thick, flexible hose designed for suction and transport of abrasive materials: sand, gravel, debris, leaves, and other contaminants. Intended for use in street, square, and road cleaning. Used in sweepers and other municipal and road service equipment. The special design of the P7 M STREET hose ensures that despite its large wall thickness (1.4 mm), it has a smaller bending radius (1.2 x D) than standard hoses of this thickness. The folds of the hose between the spiral at the bend turn outward, reducing flow resistance and wear. Flexible, low-compressible, smooth inside, and elastic even at low temperatures. Good abrasion resistance, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Non-toxic, free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Resistant to oils and gasoline. Wall thickness is measured between the spiral. Installation on fittings with bridge clamps (right-handed). Other diameters may be available upon special request. Hose material: transparent and black polyether – polyurethane. Wall thickness: 1.4 mm. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +125°C).
