The larger head compared to the P20 allows for crimping hydraulic hoses up to 2" in diameter. It is powered by an electric motor available in two supply variants: single-phase 230 V with a power of 1.5 kW and three-phase 400 V with a power of 2.2 kW. The control of the achieved crimp diameter is done using an optical indicator (LED light), and once the diameter is reached, the press jaws stop. The crimp diameter setting is adjustable via a micrometric knob with a setting accuracy of 0.01 mm. All FINN-POWER crimping presses are adapted for use with interchangeable jaw sets (ordered separately). For example, for a crimp diameter range from 10 to 87 mm, 17 sets of standard jaws from FP-32-10 to FP-32-78 should be ordered. The P32 X machine can also be equipped with a base or a bracket with sockets for storing jaws, complete with a magnetic holder for their quick exchange.
