Coolant hoses and coolant hose assemblies are intended for low pressure supply and spraying of oil, emulsion, air, water. They are used to apply coolants on metalworking tools of CNC machines. The hoses can be easily mounted and formed out of segments made of oil and chemically resistant plastic material. The coolant hose assemblies can be fitted with valves, nozzles or a magnetic base. They can be easily customized to facilitate installation in the limited space within CNC machine.Adjustable metal hose assemblies can be used for the same purpose. They are available as complete hoses assemblies with fittings, inner hose made of plastic material and outer metal jacket – once positioned holds its shape firmly.
