The press features a simplified hydraulic system and is designed for the production of individual hoses (unit production). It is powered by an electric motor available in two supply variants: single-phase 230 V with a power of 1.5 kW and three-phase 400 V with a power of 2.2 kW. The control of the achieved crimp diameter is done using an optical indicator (LED light), and once the diameter is reached, the press jaws stop. The crimp diameter setting is adjustable with a micrometric knob with a setting accuracy of 0.01 mm. All FINN-POWER crimping presses are adapted for use with interchangeable jaw sets (ordered separately).
