Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThe soft start valve is used to fill the working system with compressed air, operating in a two-stage manner. The application of a control signal causes the shut-off valve to open and air to flow through the throttling valve. Once the output pressure reaches approximately 40 to 60% of the supply pressure, the valve is overridden, allowing air to flow through the full cross-section from the inlet to the outlet. Removing the control signal causes the supply valve to close and the working system to vent. The soft start valve is used in installations where there is a need to protect powered actuators from sudden aeration, which can generate shock loads affecting the structural elements of machines. Excessive air intake from the outlet during the initial aeration of the working system can disrupt the operation of the valve, preventing it from fully opening. Size: SY1, SY2. Connection: BSP 1/8" to 1". Supply pressure: 3 - 10 bar. Additional outlet connection: BSP 1/8" for size SY1, BSP 1/4" for size SY2, at the front and rear. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsSeries REG pressure reducing valve, SYNTESI® series, without end connections, is used to regulate working pressure and maintain it at a constant level, ensuring proper operation in the connected installation, regardless of the changing consumption of the medium. The valve uses a shaped diaphragm instead of a flat diaphragm, which provides higher nominal flow values due to a greater diaphragm stroke, as well as greater sensitivity and response speed to changes in settings, by reducing static and kinetic friction of components and increasing accuracy in maintaining the set output pressure with changes in flow and supply pressure values. The "push-lock" mechanism allows the knob to be locked in any position by pressing it. The locking plate enables the installation of a padlock to prevent unauthorized changes to the output pressure setting. They are designed to draw air from connections at the front and back of the body, which can be used to connect a pressure gauge, pneumatic-electric relay, or plug couplings, with direct connection of input and output connections. This allows for the installation of any number of pressure reducing valves next to each other, supplied from a single source, independently adjustable. Size: SY1, SY2.
