Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsVery strong, with a thick wall and thick spiral, flexible hose designed for vacuum extraction and transport of abrasive materials such as sand, gravel, and grain. Suitable for all types of industries, particularly used for loading and unloading silos, vehicles, and suction excavators, as well as transloading from tankers, etc. The thick wall and very dense reinforcing spiral provide high resistance to vacuum. Smooth on the inside, non-compressible, not overly flexible but elastic, even at low temperatures. Excellent abrasion resistance, also resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Non-toxic, free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Resistant to oils and gasoline. The hose is marked with an arrow indicating the correct direction of medium flow. The wall thickness of the hose is measured between the spirals. Other diameters may be available upon special request. The ECO 2.0 and ECO 2.5 hoses, regardless of their thickness, differ in construction and consequently in parameters. The ECO 2.0, due to its dense spiral, has greater resistance to vacuum but is less flexible, while the ECO 2.5, with a larger spiral pitch, is more flexible and elastic, especially in larger diameters. The ECO hose is produced in a manufacturing process compliant with sustainable development policies, using raw materials sourced from recycling clean waste from the production process, renewable energy, closed water cycles, and other innovations. Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Wall thickness measured between spirals: 2.0 mm (ECO 2.0), 2.5 mm (ECO 2.5). Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +125°C).

Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsLight smooth-walled PTFE hose with antistatic properties and excellent chemical resistance. The conductivity and dissipation of electric charges are achieved by the addition of up to 2.5% carbon black - PTFE AS. This allows for a reduction in the resistance of the hose material and meets the requirements of the EN12115 standard, which requires resistance between the ends of the hose to be less than 106 Ω/m. The hose is particularly intended for aggressive chemically non-conductive substances, such as organic solvents, whose flow in a standard Teflon hose can cause the accumulation of electric charges and associated hazards. High purity and distribution of the carbon additive in PTFE ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR 178.3297 regarding materials approved for temporary contact with food. Flame retardant (UL94 V-0) and with a high oxygen index (LOI). The use of high-quality plug couplings is possible. Safety factor n=4:1. The burst and working pressure of the hose decreases at operating temperatures above 20°C and is dependent on its height. Material: antistatic PTFE (Teflon), black. Shore hardness (D): 60. Working pressure: from 5.5 to 12 bar. Operating temperature: from -200°C to +260°C.

The inner layer made of conductive Teflon prevents the accumulation of electrostatic charges. Hose material: black, conductive PTFE. Reinforcement: AISI 304 steel braid. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +200°C. Working pressure: 345 bar. Burst pressure at 20°C: 1100 bar. Burst pressure at 200°C: 820 bar.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThe hose is made of a smooth, seamless PTFE tube. The Teflon tube of the hose is extruded under strictly defined and controlled conditions, ensuring its highest quality, minimal porosity, and maximum flexibility and elasticity achievable for a smooth PTFE hose. The heavy-duty HW version is recommended for harsher working conditions, gases (up to 100 bar), and applications where there are cyclic temperature changes. The braid is made of annealed AISI 304 stainless steel wire with a high tensile strength of 1700 N/mm², with a strictly controlled angle of arrangement and tension of the braid wire bundles, resulting in minimal length changes of the hose under high pressure. Due to the unique properties of PTFE (wide temperature range, resistance to most substances and chemical compounds, negligible surface adhesion), the SMOOTHBORE hose is perfectly suited for the transfer of chemicals, foodstuffs, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, detergents, steam, etc. - as well as for classic high-pressure hydraulic oil installations. In cases where there is a risk of static electricity (danger of charge generation and accumulation), SMOOTHBORE hoses made of antistatic Teflon should be used – the antistatic version AS. The antistatic Teflon of version AS is black (contains appropriately distributed carbon in PTFE) and has a resistance R <10⁸ Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). This ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges. The safety factor is 3:1; if a 4:1 factor is required (e.g., according to EN 16643), the values should be multiplied by 0.75. At operating temperatures above +130°C, the maximum working pressure specified in the parameters should be reduced by 0.75% for each 1°C above this temperature. For example, at a temperature of 170°C, the maximum working pressure for the hose AF-HWDB-10 is: 240 bar – (170°C-130°C) x 0.75 = 240 bar – 30% = 168 bar. The value "Wall thickness [mm]" provided in the Technical Data refers to the PTFE layer. Hose material: smooth PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: double braid of AISI 304 steel. Working pressure: from 40 bar to 350 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +260°C.

Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThe HYPERLINE V (VISIFLON) hose features an inner layer made of high-quality corrugated PTFE, providing exceptional flexibility and vibration resistance. It has a polypropylene fiber braid characterized by low weight and high chemical resistance. At operating temperatures above +80°C, the maximum working pressure should be reduced by 5% for each 1°C increase in temperature. For example, at a temperature of 90ºC, the maximum working pressure for the hose AF-VFPB-19 is: 16 bar – (90°C-80°C) x 5 = 16 bar – 50% = 8 bar. There is an option to order a version with a black polymer braid (version PBB), with similar characteristics to version PB, for applications where bright colors cannot be used. Available versions: standard (orange) and antistatic (black). The antistatic Teflon of version AS contains evenly distributed carbon in the PTFE and has a resistance R <108 Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). This ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges. Hose material: spiral corrugated PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: polypropylene braid. Working pressure: from 12.5 bar to 30 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C. Resistant to full vacuum up to a temperature of: +80°C.
