          Strong suction and discharge hose with an inner layer made of chemically resistant polyethylene with ultra-high molecular weight (UPE, UHMWPE), black and white MARBLE type, smooth, antistatic (R<106 Ω).           The HYPERLINE FX hose is an optimal solution for industrial applications where high flow rates, chemical and temperature resistance, and permeation resistance are required. It is perfectly suited for the transfer of chemicals, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, gases, and steam, detergents, water, and food substances. At operating temperatures above +160°C, the maximum working pressure specified in the table should be reduced by 1% for each 1°C above this temperature. For example, at a temperature of 180°C, the maximum working pressure for the AF-FXSS-10 hose is: 100 bar – (180°C-160°C) x 1 = 100 bar – 20% = 80 bar. In cases where a substance that is a poor conductor and has potential electrification properties flows through the PTFE hose, the electric charge will accumulate on the inner surface of the PTFE, and to avoid static electricity issues, an antistatic AS variant of PTFE is used. Antistatic Teflon in the AS version contains graphite evenly distributed in the PTFE and has a resistance R <10^8 Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). Hose material: smooth inside, corrugated outside PTFE (Teflon) - natural white and antistatic - black. Reinforcement: AISI 304 steel braid.           Lightweight, semi-transparent smooth-walled PTFE hose with excellent chemical resistance. Designed for low-pressure installations, chemicals, paints, adhesives, liquid and gaseous fuels, oils, lubricants, air, gases, water, steam, and water-based fluids. Used in all types of industry. The hose is not antistatic (does not dissipate electric charges for non-conductive substances). Not recommended for pneumatic plug connections. Can also be used as mechanical guidance for hoses or rods due to the low friction coefficient and self-lubricating properties of Teflon. Flame retardant (UL94 V-0) and with a high oxygen index (LOI).           ARMORVIN HNA is a suction and discharge hose designed for the transfer of juices, beverages, milk, water, wine, beer, alcohols with a concentration of up to 50%, and other food products. Not recommended for fatty substances such as oils. Besides food applications, it can be used in industries such as construction and agriculture for light chemicals, dirty water, sludges, sewage, and other fluids that do not contain fats, oils, and hydrocarbons. It is also suitable for air, and the steel spiral embedded in the hose wall allows it to be used for vacuum transfer of powders, granules, and other mildly abrasive bulk materials. When dealing with such substances, wear resistance and potential static electricity issues should be considered. The smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning.           STOPFLEX® is a safety system that protects equipment from damage and employees from injury in the event of a hose being pulled from the fitting. A hose pulled from the fitting will be held in place by a hose. The clamp, equipped with a rubber seal, ensures stable fastening regardless of changing working pressure. The safety device is intended for hydraulic hoses and is selected for specific types of fittings (metric, inch, flange, etc.). Additionally, the appropriate STOPFLEX® clamp (index OP-SFO-...) must be purchased for the given hose diameter. The system has been tested on hoses operating under the maximum working pressure specified according to the following standards: EN 853, EN 854, EN 855, EN 856, SAE J517. Proper operation is guaranteed provided that the working pressure specified in the standards is not exceeded.
