Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsLight and very flexible suction and discharge hose, designed for general industrial applications (in industry, construction, agriculture). It can be used for water, light chemicals, sludges and wastewater, plant protection products, other liquids (without fats, oils, and hydrocarbons) as well as for air, vacuum transport of dust, powders, granules, and other lightly abrasive bulk materials (non-greasy). Abrasiveness and potential static electricity issues should be considered. Reinforced with a hard PVC spiral, impact-resistant, providing good vacuum resistance and preventing hose collapse. The smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. The outer surface is slightly corrugated, with smooth surfaces for small diameters. As a hose reinforced only with a hard PVC spiral, lacking a braid, it exhibits some elongation under pressure, which should be taken into account in applications, especially at elevated temperatures. Hose material: green transparent PVC. Reinforcement: hard PVC spiral. Working pressure at 20°C: from 2 bar to 6.5 bar - depending on the hose diameter. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +55°C.

Resistant to fats and oils in standard usage conditions. It has good chemical resistance to light chemicals – solutions of acids and bases. Extruded, completely smooth inner and outer surface of the hose facilitates flow and cleaning. Reinforced with a spiral of stainless steel wire embedded in a TPE-S wall, making it resistant to vacuum and collapsing. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of flow. The hose material is non-vulcanized, clean (without vulcanization additives), resistant to hydrolysis, does not promote bacterial growth, has low porosity and low permeability. Completely neutral in taste and odor, does not alter the organoleptic properties of the medium. Resistant to aging, weather conditions, and UV radiation. Cleaning by SIP method is not recommended, as it significantly shortens the service life. Use for high-proof alcohol (its vapors or other flammable substances) requires consideration of hazards related to static electricity. As a hose reinforced only with a spiral (without a braid), it exhibits some elongation under pressure, therefore the maximum working pressure of the hose is low (safety factor 1:5). Hose cleaning, disinfection, or sterilization should be carried out strictly according to the recommendations provided in the catalog sheet below. Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsLightweight, flexible suction and discharge hose intended for water, juices, beverages, and other food products. The absence of phthalates in the material allows the hose to be used for the transfer of milk and its derivatives, as well as alcohols with a concentration of up to 50% and temperatures up to +60°C. Not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. Reinforcement with a hard PVC spiral, resistant to impacts, ensures good resistance to vacuum and hose collapse. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of flow. The smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. The outer surface of the hose is also smooth, facilitating the installation of fittings using tapes or clamps, reducing external damage from abrasion, and making it easier to keep the hose clean. In applications not involving direct contact with food (in industry, construction, agriculture), it can be used for light chemicals, water, sludges, and wastewater, other liquids (without fats, oils, and hydrocarbons), as well as for air, vacuum transfer of dust, powders, granules, and other lightly abrasive bulk substances (non-fatty). Abrasiveness and potential static electricity issues should be considered. As a hose reinforced only with a hard PVC spiral, lacking a braid, it exhibits some elongation under pressure, which should be taken into account in applications, especially at temperatures above +40°C. Standards and requirements: Food industry, contact with food: compliant with European requirements 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulant fluids A, B, C, and D1), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Hose material: transparent PVC. Reinforcement: hardened PVC spiral. Working pressure: from 3 bar to 7 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: -15°C to +60°C.
