Universal, lightweight, highly flexible suction and discharge hose designed for general industrial applications for water and light chemicals, other liquids (excluding fats, oils, and hydrocarbons). It can also be used for air, vacuum transfer of dust and powders – abrasion resistance and potential static electricity issues should be considered. It can be used (at temperatures up to +40°C) for liquid and semi-liquid food products such as juices, beverages, beer, wine, alcohols up to 50% concentration, milk, and dairy products. It is not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. The reinforcement with a steel wire spiral embedded in a soft PVC wall provides good resistance to vacuum and hose collapse. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of flow. As a hose reinforced only with a steel spiral (without a braid), it exhibits some elongation under pressure, which should be taken into account in applications, especially at elevated temperatures. The METALFLEX PVC hose complies with European regulations 1935/2004/EC, 10/2011/EU (simulants A, B, C, and D1), 2023/2006/EC (GMP), and FDA CFR 21 175.300 and 175.1210. It is suitable for temporary contact with food during the transfer of food substances - under the conditions specified in the manufacturer's declaration of conformity (available from Tubes International). Hose material: transparent, soft PVC. Reinforcement: galvanized steel spiral. Working pressure for a temperature of 20°C: from 1 bar to 9 bar - depending on the hose diameter. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +65°C.

The version of the HYPERLINE hose without a braid (Tube Only) is externally spiral corrugated (right-handed) and internally smooth. The hose combines the advantages of a flexible corrugated hose and a smooth-walled hose with undisturbed flow. The standard version is made of natural, semi-transparent PTFE, allowing for visual flow monitoring. The antistatic AS version made of carbon-filled Teflon (black) ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges for substances and conditions at risk of static electricity. The hose material meets FDA requirements (21 CFR 177.1550 for the standard hose, 21 CFR 178.3297 for the antistatic version). It is flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) and has a high oxygen index (LOI). It can be used for the transfer of chemicals, foodstuffs, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, and detergents under very low pressure conditions. Ends can be fitted with crimped stainless steel tube sleeves. The relationship between working pressure and temperature for the HYPERLINE FX Teflon hose without a braid applies only up to a temperature of 150°C. Above this temperature, there is a decrease in working pressure and vacuum. If the hose is to be used above these temperatures, this must be taken into account, and appropriate tests should be conducted under operating conditions. Available versions: standard and antistatic. Hose material: PTFE (Teflon). Operating temperature: from -70°C to +150°C (up to +260°C - working pressure of the hose dependent on temperature).

The HYPERLINE SB (HYDRAFLON) hose features an inner layer made of high-quality seamless PTFE, ensuring minimal porosity, maximum flexibility, and resistance to vibrations. The braid is made from heat-treated AISI 304 stainless steel wire with a tensile strength of 1700 MPa. It is used for the transmission of chemicals, food substances, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, detergents, steam, etc. - as well as for classic high-pressure hydraulic oil installations. The HYPERLINE SB hose is a version of the SMOOTHBORE hose with a medium wall thickness and an internal diameter adapted to standard hydraulic fittings; installation is done using standard straight clamp jaws. In cases where static electricity hazards are identified (risk of charge generation and accumulation), HYPERLINE SB hoses in the antistatic AS version should be used. The antistatic Teflon in the AS version is black (contains appropriately dispersed graphite in PTFE) and has a resistance R <10^8 Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). This ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges. At operating temperatures above +130°C, the maximum working pressure should be reduced by 0.75% for each 1°C increase in temperature. The value "Wall thickness [mm]" provided in the Technical Data refers to the PTFE layer. Hose material: smooth PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: single braid of AISI 304 steel. Working pressure: from 80 bar to 350 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +260°C.

The HYPERLINE V (VISIFLON) hose is made of high-quality spiral corrugated PTFE, providing exceptional flexibility, elasticity, and vibration resistance among Teflon hoses. Like any Teflon hose, due to the unique properties of PTFE (wide operating temperature range, resistance to most substances and chemical compounds, minimal surface adhesion), the VISIFLON hose is perfectly suited for the transfer of chemicals, foodstuffs, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, detergents, steam, etc. In cases where there is a risk of static electricity (danger of charge generation and accumulation), VISIFLON hoses made of antistatic Teflon – the antistatic version AS – should be used. Antistatic Teflon is black (contains appropriately distributed graphite in PTFE) and has a resistance of R<108Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). This ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges. The selection of the hose in the standard version made of natural PTFE or in the antistatic version should be confirmed with Tubes International. The SS version braid is made of annealed AISI 304 stainless steel wire and provides high pressure resistance. At operating temperatures above +130°C, the maximum working pressure should be reduced by 1% for every 1°C increase in temperature. Available versions of the inner layer: standard (natural white) and antistatic (black). Hose material: spiral corrugated PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: AISI 304 steel braid. Working pressure: from 20 bar to 60 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +230°C. Resistant to full vacuum up to a temperature of: +130°C.

Thick, strong, and flexible pressure hose compliant with the dimensions and requirements of standard EN ISO 6134:2005 type 2 class A (Ω), with steel reinforcement, intended for conveying saturated and superheated steam. The inner layer has good resistance to high temperature and saturated steam. It can be temporarily used for superheated steam at a temperature of 232°C and pressure of 18 bar; prolonged use with superheated steam reduces the hose's lifespan. The outer layer is resistant to temperature, weather conditions, abrasion, and aging. Antistatic R ≤106 Ω. The hose is used in the chemical, petrochemical, energy industries, and other industrial applications. It is not intended for steam cleaners ("dry steam cleaners"). For steam, use special screw-on fittings designed for steam. To extend the lifespan, the hose should be emptied of steam after use to avoid condensate accumulation. Standard length: 60 m (or 120 m - contact Tubes International). Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: double steel wire braid. Outer layer: black micro-perforated EPDM rubber. Working pressure: 18 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +210°C (temporarily up to +232°C).

Very flexible and lightweight suction and discharge hose intended for water, juices, beverages, and alcohols with a concentration of up to 20%, as well as other food products. Not suitable for fatty substances such as milk or oils. Resistant to vacuum and collapsing due to the embedded steel wire spiral in the hose wall. A significant advantage is its transparent wall resistant to UV radiation, allowing for easy visual monitoring of media flow, as well as the smoothness of its inner part reducing flow losses and ensuring ease of cleaning. Compared to the ARMORVIN HNA hose, it features higher working pressure and greater resistance to vacuum. In applications not involving direct contact with food (in industry, construction, agriculture), it can be used: 1) for light chemicals, water, sludges, and wastewater, other liquids (without fats, oils, and hydrocarbons); 2) for air, vacuum transfer of dust, powders, granules, and other lightly abrasive bulk substances (non-fatty). Abrasiveness and potential static electricity issues should be considered. As a hose reinforced with a steel spiral (without a braid), it exhibits some elongation under pressure, which should be taken into account in applications, especially at elevated temperatures. Standards and requirements: Food industry, contact with food: compliant with European requirements 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulant fluids A, B, and C), 2023/2006/EC (GMP).
