Polyethylene and aluminum pneumatic hose for use in pneumatic control systems. Very good chemical resistance of the outer layer allows operation in chemically aggressive environments. The reinforcement in the form of an aluminum coating increases the hose's durability, enabling the installation of long sections without additional supports. An additional advantage is its so-called shape memory, allowing installation in hard-to-reach places. It can operate buried without the need for additional coverings. Due to its unique construction, the hose is about 5 times lighter than standard pneumatic hoses. Inner layer: polyethylene. Reinforcement: aluminum. Outer layer: black polyethylene. Working pressure: from 20 bar to 28.8 bar (depending on hose diameter). Operating temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.

Light and very flexible suction and discharge hose, designed for general industrial applications (in industry, construction, agriculture). It can be used for water, light chemicals, sludges and wastewater, plant protection products, other liquids (without fats, oils, and hydrocarbons) as well as for air, vacuum transport of dust, powders, granules, and other lightly abrasive bulk materials (non-greasy). Abrasiveness and potential static electricity issues should be considered. Reinforced with a hard PVC spiral, impact-resistant, providing good vacuum resistance and preventing hose collapse. The smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. The outer surface is slightly corrugated, with smooth surfaces for small diameters. As a hose reinforced only with a hard PVC spiral, lacking a braid, it exhibits some elongation under pressure, which should be taken into account in applications, especially at elevated temperatures. Hose material: green transparent PVC. Reinforcement: hard PVC spiral. Working pressure at 20°C: from 2 bar to 6.5 bar - depending on the hose diameter. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +55°C.

Flexible suction and discharge hose intended for the transport of food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic substances: water, fruit juices, beer, wine, vinegar, alcohols up to 96% concentration, milk and its derivatives, creams, soaps, aromatic substances, pigments, and others. Resistant to fats and oils in standard usage conditions. It has good chemical resistance to light chemicals – solutions of acids and bases. Extruded, completely smooth inner and outer surface of the hose facilitates flow and cleaning. Reinforced with a spiral of stainless steel wire embedded in a TPE-S wall, making it resistant to vacuum and collapsing. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of flow. The hose material is non-vulcanized, clean (without vulcanization additives), resistant to hydrolysis, does not promote bacterial growth, has low porosity and low permeability. Completely neutral in taste and odor, does not alter the organoleptic properties of the medium. Resistant to aging, weather conditions, and UV radiation. Cleaning by SIP method is not recommended, as it significantly shortens the service life. Use for high-proof alcohol (its vapors or other flammable substances) requires consideration of hazards related to static electricity. As a hose reinforced only with a spiral (without a braid), it exhibits some elongation under pressure, therefore the maximum working pressure of the hose is low (safety factor 1:5). Hose cleaning, disinfection, or sterilization should be carried out strictly according to the recommendations provided in the catalog sheet below. Standards and requirements: 1) Food industry, contact with food: compliant with European requirements 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulation fluids A, B, C, D1, D2), 2023/2006/EC (GMP) and American FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 “e”. 2) Pharmaceutical industry USP CLASS VI. Hose material: transparent TPE-S. Reinforcement: AISI 302 steel spiral. Working pressure: from 1 bar to 1.5 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: -30°C to +100°C.

Colorless, transparent, flexible fuel hose with exceptionally low fuel vapor permeability through the hose wall. Meets American EPA and CARB requirements (permeability up to 15 g/m2/24h). Patented multi-layer hose construction with an inner layer of PVDF fluoropolymer resistant to fuels containing up to 100% ethanol. Resistant to swelling and hardening due to hydrocarbons, significantly reduces the risk of cracking and leakage. Minimal extractability ensures fuel purity, and the exceptionally low aromatic substance permeability protects the operator and the environment. Ozone and UV radiation resistant (ANSI B175.1 D). The flexibility of the hose facilitates installation even in tight spaces and is maintained at low temperatures, ensuring hassle-free fuel withdrawal in any position. The transparent wall allows for flow monitoring. Thanks to the inner layer of PVDF, the hose is resistant to most chemicals and fuels. It can be submerged in fuel (only not recommended for repeated use at high external temperatures). Flame retardant (UL 94 HB). Used in modern lawn mowers, chainsaws, gas drills, hedge trimmers, and other gardening machines. Full hose roll length is 15 m. Working pressure defined relative to burst pressure with a safety factor of 1:5. Material: PVDF / TPE (multi-layer). Operating temperature: from -40°C to +82°C. Brittleness temperature: -90°C. Hardness: 78° Shore (A). Density: 1.27 g/cm³. Note: Product packaged in the Clean Zone of Tubes International (CLEAN ROOM) adhering to strict standards.
