    Durable, lightweight, and flexible suction and discharge hose designed specifically for the wine industry for heavier working conditions. Stronger than the LUISIANA hose, with a thicker wall. Hose for demanding applications. Intended for the transfer of water, beer, quality wines, and alcohols with a concentration of up to 20%, juices, beverages, and other food products. Free of phthalates. Not recommended for milk and its derivatives, oils, and fatty food substances. Reinforced with a hard PVC spiral, resistant to impact, provides very good resistance to vacuum and hose collapse. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of flow. Designed for CNC machines for wood and plastic processing: machining centers, vertical milling machines, milling plotters. The thick steel spiral coated with white PVC is corrosion-resistant, has good adhesion to the hose material, and provides high pressure parameters. Despite its strong construction, due to the optimally selected large spiral pitch, it is very flexible, bendable, and compressible. Particularly recommended for dust and chip extraction from rapidly moving working heads (CNC Router Dust Collection System). Resistant to microbes, hydrolysis, as well as oils and gasoline. Does not contain halogen compounds and plasticizers. Flame-retardant, compliant with the German standard DIN 4102 class B1. The thick inner layer is smooth, antistatic, and abrasion-resistant (70 mm³ according to ISO 4649, formerly DIN 53516). Built-in copper wire that, when grounded (or connected to a grounded end), dissipates electric charges. The outer layer is corrugated, weather-resistant, and ozone-resistant. The hose is intended for the transport of abrasive substances mixed with water as well as dry materials: cement, sand, gravel, seeds, etc. Suitable for heavy-duty applications. It can be bent to a relatively small bending radius, but its deflection requires considerable force. It can also be easily cut into sections directly at the place of use and fitted with special PN10 flange fittings (applied to the outer surface of the hose).     Lightweight, highly flexible and bendable, chemically and thermally resistant two-layer hose designed for the discharge of the most chemically aggressive vapors, gases, dust, and fibers (non-abrasive), and for the blowing of hot air. Very good chemical resistance to aggressive chemicals due to the internal layer of PTFE. In the standard version, the internal layer of white natural PTFE meets food industry requirements (FDA). In the antistatic version EL, the black internal layer of PTFE is electrically conductive (R ≤106 Ω). With an outer layer made of silicone-coated glass fabric and an inner layer of PTFE, the hose is resistant to temperatures up to 250ºC.
